The amount of content that is available to 'earn' within Medit8 is purposely limited. We appreciate that the majority of users will be short on time and thus suffer from many of the mental and physical health issues that surround that; as such it would be impossible to participate in too many short exercise sessions per month. The programme is purposely designed to ensure video content is relevant, accessible, and rewards are fair across all user groups.

In order to protect NFT purchasers (which give access to 'full content') we will always ensure a fair split between free and full content.

At any time there maybe upward of 100 on demand videos. Booster points only apply to the on-demand library across all content libraries, including personal Sanctuaries.
